Traceability

Cacao: our key ingredient, our cacao comes from northern Colombia. In the Cesar region, the indigenous Arhuacos community produces cacao using ancestral methods in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Certified organic, produced without chemical inputs and using agroforestry, it is transported by sail from Santa Marta to Le Havre, France, under the Fresh Cacao Clean Ocean label.
Sugar: we are proud to work with certified organic beet sugar produced in northern France.
While we wait to find a local supplier (we are working on it), we use certified organic pecans produced in the USA.
The maple syrup is (obviously) produced in Quebec, near Saint-Sylvestre.
And the fleur de sel is produced in France, in Guérande.
