Welcome to Bivouac. Our adventure is brand new (we pitched our tent in June 2025!), but our history with cocoa goes back a long way.

For over 10 years, we have been trekking across the globe in search of the finest exceptional cocoas. This journey has allowed us to forge lasting friendships with extraordinary men and women who dedicate their lives to the land and to flavor.

Behind every square of chocolate, there is a face. Throughout our explorations, we have crossed paths with:
